Fountain

1994

In the passage way accessing to the staircase that leads to Acropolis is an atrium in which Fountain was built, consisting of a long basin made from a monolith; at the apex of a clay brick wall is a tympanum, from which water flows into the pool below. The signs of time complete the work, symbolizing the meaning of the passing of time and the metaphor of life.
